Worst baby monitor ever! 1) App crashes and sometimes has trouble connecting to the camera. 2) You can only view 5 minutes of video at a time, for unlimited access you have to pay yearly 3) Doesnt play music for baby to fall asleep to nor does it have a night light. 4) About a 10 second delay even when you are on Wifi. (I ran downstairs to view my iPhone and I could still see myself in the baby room. 5) Only Wifi compatible, if you bring the camera to a cottage youll have to bring your wireless router as well. 6) Drains IPhone battery like crazy 7) Could not get recorded videos to upload to my Dropbox account. 100% fail!

Hate this piece of crap app and video device, wish I never spent my hard earned money on it. Doesnt work 80% of the time. Doesnt philips realize its peoples babies safety at stake!!? Return it asap and get your money Back. Ill be throwing mine in the garbage.

After spending good money for the monitor, and then the upgrade and THEN to update our router because we thought that was the problem, this app and monitor is still totally useless. The features are good if they worked. It now wont even open for me, even after un installing and re booting. Where is the firmware upgrade? Im actually amazed at how awful this is and so disappointed.

This is absolutely not a serious or reliable monitor. It does not load 9 times out of 10 or takes 5 mins of "refreshing" the camera before it does. It is a very cool idea, but atlas it doesnt work. Save your money and time. Do not buy into this system.

Was working great, then all of the sudden, will not work on 3G away from home. On phone with tech support (that was a joke) it worked while I was on the phone with them, once, not before, or right after. They said it was my carriers fault, but everything else work fine... At a loss

This app and product are easy to use. Lots pending on your connection speed. The instant alert function may need improving as the app only send some of the alerts but the cam records them in the dropbox.

I never write reviews. The app never works. The camera never works. It never sends notifications - ever. To the trash it will go. Waste of money.

Please fix cause I am not able to see after upgrading my iOS. Thanks!

This app and cameras where great till the latest iOS update. Please correct soon

To many bugs. Events fired but camera reported as offline or if reported online then shots are from definitely wrong time (some old images appears). Needs a frequent restart and it helps only for a short time. As a monitoring system a total waste of money

Despite very fast local Wi-Fi ( over 20 Mbps) the picture motion is very slow. Its rather series of pictures displayed than a smooth video streaming. There are long delays before any movement is registered and finally reflected on the supported device (iPhone). Its absolutely no fun to watch. Rather annoying. The declared notifications are missing. Hopefully this is a software issue to be fixed shortly. Otherwise, a bitter disappointment.

Please, make ipad version. I have less than 1 fps via lan.

Dropbox record function doesnt works at all. Program just creates web folder Dropbox/Apps/Philips_InSight, but no any recording. Without record function purchase seems useless - wasting of money for monitor in general. Please, check and fix this problem (bug).

This was one of the worst purchases we have ever made at an Apple Store. This device does not work. It is difficult to connected to a very good Wi-Fi. Not reliable! Buyer beware, do not buy this device.
