Used to work, now it doesnt!

Like most other reviews here, this camera used to work. Then after a firmware update and stumbling across a software update to the app Philips did not push to the App Store as an actual "update", this camera mysteriously does not work. Ive spent hours of my time trying to hard reset and uninstall all of the software and reinstall, to no avail. Very disappointed in the product and app. Shame on you guys at Philips.

Flawed Software

The app is currently broken. Trying to stream video from a local (camera and phone connected to the same wifi) connection crashes the app every time. Because this is an in home device that is how it is being used for 95% of users. A real shame. However, when I connect from a cellular connection it works fine. The camera itself has lots of bells and whistle and all the features you could hope for from a baby monitor. Just wish Phillips/WOOX would fix the app already.

Stopped working

After update, one of my cameras stopped working. No support from Phillips.

Is there a worse app than this? …I doubt it. The (iPhone) app specializes in locking up... ‘Live streaming not available’, but other apps stream ok. Apparently the app is no longer supported since never any attempt to update or fix problems. However, the app is marginally better running on the iPad than on the iPhone. The only thing worse than the app is the Philips hardware. The cameras are extremely unreliable and short-lived. For a better security system, buy a dog.
