Works very well for us.

Purchased the 2 pack from the Apple Store and are now connected via Airport Extreme (3rd generation) via 2.4 GHz. (SSID is hidden) Works fine and dropbox sync works, alerts work, all seem to work very well. Issues I had was I didnt read the manual and tried setting up with 5 GHz and realized only works with 2.4. If youre setting up the camera, be sure to have your iphone on the 2.4 band - I tried from 5 band but didnt work. Other issue I had was I tested a firmware update on 1 camera first to make sure it works. After the firmware update, the camera did not show when on LTE. Worked fine on wifi connection. The fix: deleted camera and re-added to the app via qr code etc. and now shows fine on both wifi and lte. Assumption is the firmware disconnected the camera. Now works while on WIFI or LTE. The firmware takes the entire 15 minutes to apply to each camera. Build quality is good. Wall mounts are good. Quality is adequate for my needs. Works well looking into balcony at night with porch light. Captured movements at night properly.

I have a iPhone5 ~~ I buy this camera model M100. Try to setup it but not work the connection. Can someone fixe this app???? Omg!!

Terrible!!! Rip Off!!!!!

I give it a 1 Star because I cant give it a 0 or a negative!!!!!! This monitor is super expensive to buy and the app is terrible!!!! It works half assed and only when it wants to. The image (when it decides to show an image) is choppy and blurry. Then they go an try to get another $25 out of you to upgrade to full app for all features and to view when you are not connected to the same wifi network as the camera. Also, without the upgrade you can only watch 10 minutes of live playback. Go buy yourself a regular old fashioned baby monitor with a screen. I never had trouble with those.

Insight

Not as reliable as I thought. This app even asked me to update which cost me around $25.00, thinking that it will be better for my benefit. But, the simple service I need just to view is hard to connect. I hope they will do something better cuz I paid and subscribed for a year!

Crashing

This app wont even open for me anymore. Works about 40% of the time. Fun gadget when it works but not a serious baby monitor.

Troubles

My iSight camera keeps going in and out of service. The app is slow. Im finally reinstalling the app and seeing if that works.

Brutal app

This app is pretty unreliable. Since its latest update its seems to have a mind of its own. Only works when it wants to. Today Ive tried to log on about 8 times & even shut down the app all the times, keeps crashing. Is it really that difficult to repair this issue? I dont advise this app or the monitor for anyone!

Trial Run

Hello everyone. I bought the monitor and downloaded the app last night (Aug 5). The setup was easy with no problems. Because everything worked fine out of the box, I will start it off with 3 stars and test the monitor and app for 13 days (Best Buys return policy is 14 days). I will be back at that time to give my final review and adjust the stars if applicable. Please stay tuned folks!

Was never great

Works ok. But lately crashes and wont let me in. Bit of a disappointment. Please fix these issues. It is useless and doesnot work. Just crashes all thr time. Garbage.

App is way to inconsistent

We cannot rely on this as a baby monitor; quite often the app wont even work or well simply be disconnected.

Not impressed

App was easy to set up and worked when/how I expected. Was not expecting a 400$ dollar bill as it uses you phone minutes if you are not around wifi connection.

Colour me unimpressed

Its a neat gadget but the design of this thing upsell us into the "pro version" subscription seevice seems like a cash grab after we already shelled out $100 for the monitor itself. You should have unconditional access to your baby monitor from day one or notify people on the monitor packaging that a subscription is required for any reliable use of this product. We were not impressed.

Awful Monitor

Such an awful baby monitor. So unreliable! I would not recommend this to anyone, and the price is just ridiculous.

Wow, you guys dont care.

I bought 6 monitor thats when I use to be able to get alerts. Now nothing seems to work, I dont even get alerts anymore, each camera setting in the app keeps reverting back to default meaning I cant be notify if something is wrong. Please fix cause this item is useless if I cant get alerts.

Good but could be improved

works for us but I wish there was a way to have the night vision continuously on instead of having to refresh it every 10 minutes. Also, wish there wasnt a 5 second delay!

Not great

The monitor cuts out and is very hard to get back on. My husband synced his phone first so I have to be a guest and have no control of night vision. Texting in the middle of the night to get it turned on is very frustrating! You should be able to have two main devices. Very unreliable and we have great wifi with modem in babies room.
