I cant believe its Philips who made this camera and the software. So bad my kid remote camera from F.P. Works 100 times better than this junk and for half the price. So many issues I would need at least 2 page to describe all. Really Bad, I mean really BAD. Not happy I cant resell, nobodys is buying. On E.B. For 10 days half price, results > Garbage

Not worth anything. Doesnt work on 3G let alone on wifi. Constantly crashes. You have to be standing next to it to get it to work. I thought it was a deal but I threw my money away. Buy the best and only cry once. I should have listen to my inner thoughts. Boy was I wrong. Save up your money and buy a Dropcam. More expensive but it works!

After purchasing his product and having a great experience of it working flawlessly, Philips took advantage of the HEART BLEED excuses claiming DropBox no longer supports their product because of HEART BLEED, this is NOT true, in fact Dropbox works fine, Philips instead is now charging for cloud storage features

Portuguese and English Muito ruim, com um delay absurdo (rede wi-fi domestica de 11MB e iPhone 5...). The product has a good quality image, but this software, my friend, appears that was released before was finished. They must put into garbage and start again from the beginnig.

You can go through the whole set up proccess, but when it gets to the part where it should complete the registration, the app crashes and you cant see the camera. Please fix it!

The baby monitor is very expensive if compared with others, but the proposal to control from an IPad or an IPhone using the application to see and interact the baby is interesting. But the application has some problems. The image frequently freezes, the app brakes and it is necessary to reboot the device. The camera is very good. Excellent resolution and the infrared works fine. Disappointed with the app which manage the baby monitor.

Dont by it. The worst experience Ive ever had in my live. Even having 100mb of Internet speed, The cameras dont make the link and they are always says that the connection is bad.

Easy installation, simple functionality. In my opinion good value for money would recommend. Please keep supporting product, try to develop and offer other devices. Thanks Andrew Purcell

Purchase the duo pack monitors which have an easy to install, and excellent video quality! With the Dropbox access a safe storage is available. Very happy with the product.

Set up was easy and works great on WiFi and LTE. In fact I get much better performance on LTE both on iPhone 5 and iPad3 than WiFi (Airport extreme).

Connection is spotty, the camera always seems to have a hard time staying connected to the network. My Philips camera claims HD quality (720p), but the video looks coarse (stair stepped as though the video is upscaling to 720p). That is not HD, and to make things worse the images and videos it saves in DropBox for you come through at 640x480. If you wanted to try and use these clips to catch a thief youd have to work with these crummy small pictures. Motion detection only works through infrared or something, so it doesnt work through a window. I cant believe the software cant notice that the video image is changing and work motion detection from that. Someone could walk right by it and it would have no idea! I really hope they add video image motion detection! This product is flawed at best and criminally deceptive at worst.

Love the Cam and App. Oddly, the Camera Time shows 30 mins difference from actual time, but is streaming live

The camera is really nice and easy to setup. Quality is good I find it a problem that you can only run one phone at a time and have to go as far as killing the app on one phone before getting video on another. So you have to trust that the other person kills the app so you can watch

Purchased at the apple store in CANADA but no support via Philips website as it is not listed as a country where this item is available. Set up is easy enough but trying to keep the monitor working is a complete waste of time. Alerts & drop box files intermittent, mostly non-existent and delayed at best, making streaming function a game of chance, IF one can actually get even that to work. Then we are limited to how much time we can stream unless one sinks more funds for a service which is useless because the device isnt working in the first place. Refund please!

No alerts on my iPhone or iPad since the last update. Pretty useless as an alarm system currently.

Read these reviews. This thing is a joke. Im sitting here at 4 AM awake and frustrated because the app wont stream video any longer. This monitor was my back up plan and the video I have been using to see my child while traveling. Our main monitor failed earlier this week and while waiting for a warranty replacement, Ive tried using this. Absolute junk, the software to support this hardware. Again, read the comments on here. Even with that limited purpose, if two devices have the app open in iOS (not even active) and they have not completely killed the app in their "active apps", a third device cant get in. Seriously, the product (the camera) is OK (quality video and audio) but the whole app (and the website for computers) is terrible. Apple, you need to quit selling this product. This does not work anything close to as advertised. Again, Do Not Plan To Use This As A Baby Monitor, I implore you. You will be frustrated, disappointed and, quite likely, very angry. I know I am.
