Purchased at the apple store in CANADA but no support via Philips website as it is not listed as a country where this item is available. Set up is easy enough but trying to keep the monitor working is a complete waste of time. Alerts & drop box files intermittent, mostly non-existent and delayed at best, making streaming function a game of chance, IF one can actually get even that to work. Then we are limited to how much time we can stream unless one sinks more funds for a service which is useless because the device isnt working in the first place. Refund please!
